If you are new to journaling or even if you are journal savvy this new Prayer Journal is for you. We at Hearts at Home know that prayer is the most powerful way to impact our lives and the lives of those around us. Our prayer is that as you use this journal, God will speak to you in wonderful ways.
Our journal is unique in so many ways.
Let’s start with a heavy-duty, wire-bound binder, heavy laminate front and back covers. Approximate size 71/2"wide x 9"long, 1/2" thick.
Open the journal to find a Date page. Use this page to record the start and end dates of your journal. Our prayer is that this journal will be a lasting legacy for your family. Recording your prayers at key points in your life (births, deaths, crises); will give your family a unique insight to your prayer life.
Next you will find a page outlining the use of the journal and how to pray effectively.
After the instructional page, we start the sections. We have created 5 sections enabling you to focus your prayers. Spouse, Children, Self, Church Leaders/Co-Workers, and Friends/Others make up these sections. Each of these sections include specific prayer starters or how-to’s. These are great helps if you do not have a precise prayer need in mind. Following each section are 14 blank, lined pages for you to record your prayers.
Our final piece in this journal is an Answers section. We feel this is the most important section in the journal. This section shows you how God answers prayers. As you review your previous prayers, you may realize how God answered that prayer. Record this answer here. As you grow in your prayer life, you will see how God is working in your life. God may give you exactly what you desire or He may give you the desire of His heart.
